c. It combines both tension control and tension measurement functions. Through CANopen communication, it can interface with our tension communication box, which then transmits real-time tension data externally. The tension communication box supports multiple communication protocols, including CANopen, Ethernet, and RS485 etc.

d. Equipped with high-definition LCD display, the display content is more abundant, convenient for customers to understand the specific tension information during winding processing;

e. Equipped with a cylinder, allowing two-stage tension switching through control of the solenoid valve when connected to air pressure above 0.4 MPa, enabling quick and convenient tension adjustment.

Compared to the NEF series, the RCF series offers more diverse communication options, supporting CANopen, Ethernet, and RS485 protocols. Especially with CANopen communication, it enables high-speed and complete data transmission, making it an indispensable tool in the era of Big Data.

Additionally, the RCF series features a larger screen that displays critical information such as device address, real-time tension, and set tension, significantly improving work efficiency.
