Equipped with a cylinder, allowing two-stage tension switching through control of the solenoid valve when connected to air pressure above 0.4 MPa, enabling quick and convenient tension adjustment.
Application of Servo Tensioner
The coil winding tensioner can precisely control the tensile force of various wires such as enameled wire, nylon wire and metal wire during the winding process. The most common application is for automatic winding machines for the production of motors and coils. It can also be used in textile machinery.
Because of the DC servo motor serving as the actuator for active wire feeding, this tensioner features quick response and high precision. The max wire feeding speed is up to 20m/s. So this tensioner is especially suited for the coil and motor production industry which requires high performance winding processing.
The Structure of Servo Tensioner
Servo tensioners with cylinders and tension wheels on the front. Its cylinder is installed inside has attenuation function, when the air pressure is not connected，the tension can be controlled through the tension adjustment knob and tension adjustment knob in the winding process when a certain section requires a large back tension during the process of hanging wires, etc.
At this point, the winding machine switches and controls the air valve through an electromagnetic valve，it's a swing arm block that swings a certain angle, implement switching between two tension values，avoid wire breakage.
