Tungsten steel air nipper JWX series
The air nipper are used for automatic wire cutting in the coil winding process of an automatic winding machine. The main body of the nipper is made from alloy steel and undergoes special quenching treatment to enhance toughness. The cutting edge is crafted from hard alloy, ensuring sharpness, wear resistance, and minimal shear resistance. Under normal operating conditions, the nipper can provide a service life of up to 1 million cuts.

Product Details
JWX-A series of nipper, the front end has a tilt Angle, suitable for special position line breaking use. With the corresponding cylinder, it can cut a single copper wire with a maximum of 0.8mm, and the opening size of the nipper can be adjusted according to different cylinders.
JWX-A12 series nipper, the tail wall thickness is thicker, suitable for thick line breaking use. With the corresponding cylinder, it can cut a single copper wire with a maximum of 2.0mm.
JWX-B series nipper, the front end is inclined Angle, suitable for special position line breaking use. With the corresponding cylinder, it can cut a single copper wire with a maximum of 0.8mm, and the opening size of the nipper can be adjusted according to different cylinders.
