The company employs specialized equipment for precision grinding and internal bore honing, achieving an internal bore roughness of Ra0.1 and an end radius roughness of up to Ra0.025. → Processed strictly according to the drawings, ensuring no damage to wires, no wire jams, and no wire breakage.

 

The curvature radius at both ends of the wire inlet and outlet is scientifically designed to ensure smooth and natural wire passage. Compared to ruby wire guides, which may have steps inside the bore, this product, made from integrated material, eliminates such steps and improves issues like bending and clogging. → Ensures smooth wire passage without clogging.
