The GCC series servo tensioner is Chuangyi's latest high-tension servo tensioner model. This series features high precision, high sensitivity, high pressure resistance, and high-speed capability. Users can customize up to eight tension levels via three I/O lines and switch between tension settings with a single button according to winding requirements, effectively reducing labor costs and increasing production efficiency. Additionally, it enables real-time transmission and storage of winding data, truly achieving real-time, visualized, and precise data management.
Product Features and Applications
The tensioner is connected to the HMI touchscreen, and the tension must be set via the HMI touchscreen. The two devices are connected via RS485. After properly connecting the HMI touchscreen and the tensioner with the RS485 communication cable, open the air valve and ensure the air pressure is no less than 0.5 MPa. Then turn on the power for both the touchscreen and the tensioner to activate the display.

Common Technical Issues and Solutions
Can the GCC series tensioners be used for winding flat copper wire? What should be considered when selecting the model?
The compatibility range of the GCC series servo tensioners should not be determined solely by wire diameter parameters. All model selections must consider actual operating conditions, typically requiring a comprehensive evaluation combining product specifications and on-site requirements. Conditions involving flat copper wires are particularly complex; it is essential to confirm whether the tensioner needs to handle wire feeding functions at the site or if the customer already has independent feeding equipment, in which case our tensioner would only perform downstream tension control.
The warranty period is one year, and a certificate of conformity from our company is attached to the factory. It is recommended to calibrate once a year. Our company can provide paid calibration services.
Can the GCC series tensioner operate continuously for 24 hours without interruption?
GCC supports long continuous operation for high-tension servo; it is recommended to ensure proper heat dissipation for the electrical control cabinet in high-temperature workshops.
