Product Details
This tensioner sets the maximum damping force provided by the damper when powered to 100%, dividing this damping into 200 equal parts, each representing one scale unit. The higher the value displayed on the LED screen, the greater the output tension; conversely, the lower the value, the smaller the tension.

Tension adjustment
Adjust the counter-tension by moving the balance rod left or right. Moving the balance rod to the left increases the counter-tension, while moving it to the right decreases it. Once adjusted, tighten the screw securely.

A.How does an electronic tensioner work?
The electronic tensioner uses a hysteresis brake to generate damping when powered, and adjusts the output torque of the hysteresis brake by varying the current, thereby achieving stable tension control.
B.In what scenarios is an electronic tensioner suitable for application?
The electronic tensioner is primarily suitable for winding methods involving large amplitude movements of the tension rod, such as inner stator winding. It ranks second only to servo tensioners in flat winding applications. Among similar electronic tensioners, this model offers the best performance, stability, and sales volume, with tension control accuracy and stability far surpassing those of mechanical and magnetic tensioners, and only slightly inferior overall to servo tensioners.
