Auxiliary tools include a 5-10x magnifying glass for detecting fine scratches and a strong flashlight for observing the surface flatness from the side, which helps to quickly rule out visible defects and ensure a solid quality foundation.

Test 2

Inner hole inspection

Rapid gauge verification: Custom 'over-end' and 'stop-end' gauges are used to determine the inner hole size within 1 second. The over-end (minimum limit dimension) must fit smoothly, while the stop-end (maximum limit dimension) must not enter. Shape detection

High-precision profile meter and image meter are used to measure each motor nozzle to ensure that the actual shape deviation is within the tolerance range required by customers, verify that the overall geometric shape of the motor nozzle is 100% consistent with the design drawing, and eliminate assembly interference.

Size inspection

Use micrometer and vernier caliper to detect the total length, flat (middle) thickness, small outer diameter length of the motor nozzle, and the specific tolerance shall be strictly in accordance with the requirements of customer drawings.

Test six

Qualified motor line nozzle is packed

After wiping the qualified motor nozzle, protective packaging is carried out, and it is put into an anti-static packaging bag. Inspection qualified
