What does the cylinder need to work with in order to use it

The cylinder requires the following components to function properly:

Gas source processing component: The cylinder requires a stable gas source supply and purification treatment of the gas source to avoid impurities and liquids in the gas source from damaging the cylinder. Gas source processing components typically include gas filters, gas regulators, gas lubricators, etc.

Electromagnetic valve: Electromagnetic valve is a key component of cylinder control, which can control the intake and exhaust of the cylinder, thereby achieving control of cylinder motion. Electromagnetic valves need to be used in conjunction with other control systems to achieve precise control of cylinders.

Sensors: Sensors can monitor and provide feedback on parameters such as cylinder position, motion speed, and load, achieving closed-loop control of the cylinder and improving its accuracy and stability. Sensors typically include position sensors, pressure sensors, force sensors, etc.

Speed control valve: By installing a speed control valve at the inlet and outlet of the cylinder, the speed of the cylinder can be adjusted to optimize its performance.

Tracheal pipe, tracheal joint, air compressor: These components together form the pneumatic system to ensure the normal operation of the cylinder.

Precautions for use:

Air quality: Use clean and dry compressed air, avoiding organic solvents, synthetic oils, salts, corrosive gases, etc.

Usage environment: In places with high dust, water droplets, and oil droplets, the cylinder rod side should be equipped with a retractable protective sleeve; In a strong magnetic field environment, cylinders with automatic switches that are resistant to strong magnetic fields should be selected.

Lubrication: The cylinder for oil lubrication should be equipped with an oil mist device with appropriate flow rate; Cylinders that are not lubricated with oil can be used for a long time due to the pre added grease in the cylinder, but once oil is added, it must not be stopped.
