The structure of pneumatic scissors mainly includes the following parts:

Power output part: This is one of the main components of pneumatic scissors, including the pneumatic motor and power output gear. It relies on high-pressure compressed air to blow the motor blades, causing the motor rotor to rotate, and through gears, driving the entire operation form to transform part of the motion.

Assignment format conversion section: This section converts the rotational motion output by the motor accordingly. In the automotive manufacturing industry, there are many ways of connecting by threads, most of which are rotational motion, but there are also linear reciprocating motion. For different types of pneumatic tools, the conversion of operation forms mainly includes mechanical clutches and planetary gear sets, friction plate clutches and planetary gear sets, hydraulic cylinders, torsion bars and hammering block sets, etc.

Inlet and exhaust passage: This is the relevant channel for compressed air to enter and exit, ensuring the energy supply system for the normal movement of the motor.

The motion start and stop control part, namely the pneumatic switch, is in direct contact with the operator and external objects at all times. It is mostly made of engineering plastic products and is prone to damage.

Energy supply part: Compressed air is mainly formed by compressing the atmosphere with an air compressor, and is transported to relevant gas and electricity sources through compressed air pipelines in a pulsating manner.

Air filtration and pressure regulation part: As compressed air is usually transported through seamless steel pipes, long-term use can lead to the accumulation of rust on the inner wall, moisture, dust, and other substances in the compressed air. Therefore, air filtration and pressure regulation parts are needed to ensure the quality of compressed air.
