The new factory project of Suzhou Trophy is located in the Jinji Lake Business District, with a land area of 15,130.18 ㎡ and a total construction area of 18,030.58 ㎡. It is planned to build two multi-story modern factories, with a total investment of 120 million yuan. It is expected to be put into use in early 2026.
The new factory area is built in accordance with international advanced standards, equipped with rooftop photovoltaic power generation and other systems, aiming to create a modern intelligent factory that is green, energy-saving, efficient and environmentally friendly. It adopts a layout with production facilities on the lower floors and offices on the upper floors, featuring extensive green spaces and rooftop gardens, and has a classic and simple architectural style. The new factory integrates multiple functions and is planned to be developed into a high-end manufacturing cluster, focusing on the research and development of automotive parts. The site is in an excellent location with convenient transportation. The project is expected to be operational in early 2026, with an estimated output value of 150 million yuan in the first year of production. The compound annual growth rate over the next three years is expected to exceed 10%.
